The 8-12 English Language Arts and
Reading content area allows you to teach English language arts and
reading in 8th grade and all English language arts and reading courses
in 9th grade through 12th grade.
Minimum GPA of 2.5 in 24 semester hours of English Language Arts:
- 24 hours of English Language Arts
Note: GPA must be 2.5 or higher using
one of the three evaluation methods – overall GPA, last 60 hours, or
by content hours.
