I entered the Web-Centric Alternative program with little knowledge of our state's certification requirements. But, the staff at Web-Centric explained processes to me and gave me a good idea of what to expect.

I really liked the fluid learning aspect...didn't have to wait for a certain date to begin any part of the program. I was able to work 24/7 on any assignments, like 2 a.m or begin a new module on Christmas day....SUPER!

My counselor kept me informed of testing that I had to accomplish and she would also remind me later, and I appreciated the little reminders. She would handle any of my questions quickly, but so did all of the staff.

I gained a lot just from the Chat Rooms.
