For me, the best part about the Web-Centric program was the fact that all coursework could be completed online. I tried to find a certification program near my home, but there was nothing closer than an hour commute. On top of working and trying to make time for my family, there was no way I could handle that additional drive and time away from home. With Web-Centric classes being completely online, I was able to do all the work at my own pace from my home computer.
During my internship, I found the comments made by the Web-Centric supervisor who came to observe my classroom extremely helpful. It was nice to have the direction of a real person who came into my class, instead of listening to a lecture from a teacher in the comfort of their classroom.
