Teaching candidates that graduated outside of the
United States and U.S. Territories must:
1. Provide an official transcript evaluated by a
foreign credential evaluator (sent
directly from institution). Transcripts from a foreign country will not
be accepted. Your transcripts must be evaluated by one of the approved
vendors on the list provided by SBEC.
2. Provide proof of oral English language proficiency by having the
following scores on the
Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL).
This is required before acceptance into the program can be granted. Only
official TOEFL score reports will be accepted – TOEFL Institution
Code is 3019.
3. Passing score on the
Pre-Admission Content Test (PACT)
