Military Spouse Career Advancement

This assistance is to help benefit military spouses and their families.
The Department of Defense is partnering with schools and other agencies
to support military spouses in pursuit of education, training,
licensing, credentialing, and employment in high growth, high demand
portable careers.
The MyCAA program can help military spouses access up to $6,000 in
Military Spouse Career Advancement Financial Assistance.

MyCAA Information
Note: Please use $4,450
(training fee / internship fee amount) as the program total when
applying for MyCAA assistance. MyCAA does not pay for the $50
application fee that is due to the program when you apply.
Troops to Teachers
Troops to Teachers (TTT) offers stipends of up to $5,000 to military
retirees and long-term (10 or more years) reservists and Guard personnel
currently in drilling status to offset the costs of certification.

Teach For Texas Loan Repayment
This program qualifies teachers in critical need areas for higher
education loan repayment of up to $5,000 per year. The maximum amount of
repayment on a loan is $20,000 over a five year period. To qualify for
this program, you must be a certified teacher currently
instructing students in a designated shortage area.
