What qualifications need to be met before WCACP will start my probationary certificate?
To begin your probationary certificate with a school district in Texas, all items mentioned below must be met:
1. Passed TExES content exam
2. Completion of 30 clock hours of field based observations
3. Completion of Module 1 and Module 2 in curriculum
4. Hired full-time in your content area at a school district, TEA recognized private school, or charter school in the state of Texas.
