WCACP prides itself on providing one of a
kind customer service during your transition into the teaching field.
The teacher certification process can be confusing and frustrating at
times. This is why WCACP provides immediate and responsive customer
service to any questions or concerns promptly. We can be reached by
phone, email, by utilizing on demand videoconferencing or by texting
questions.
Phone – 832.220.3451 (Monday thru Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm),
after hour messages will be returned the next business day
Alternate Phone – 936.447.6761 (Monday thru Friday 9:00 am to
6:00 pm, Saturday 9:00 am to 12:00 pm), after hour messages will be
returned the next business day
Texting – you can text quick questions to 713-806-5951 (questions
will be returned within 24 hours)
Email – you can send program questions to
questions@etools4education.com (returned Monday thru
Saturday). Once you are enrolled in WCACP, additional email contacts
(Program Directors and Curriculum Instructors) will be available for
quick responses to your questions.
Videoconferencing – this option will be available once you have
begun WCACP
